absolutely not impressed, i had to wait for a passcode to enter the building, really? also, is it too much to ask for a kettle in the room? small details matter! expected a room upgrade as i surely woudl ve deserved it for my troubles. must be nice to stay elsewhere, i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on 15 Novspacious roombig showercheck-in hassle
Spacious room with a lovely big shower, providing comfort after a long day. Thoughtful check-in communication made the entry process smooth, easing any possible concerns about arrival.
Entry requires passcodes sent via email after submitting ID details, which feels cumbersome for late arrivals. Breakfast menu could use a bit more variety, which could put a damper on longer stays for those craving options. Ventilation seemed locked to a central system and not easily adjustable, potentially uncomfortable for those who prefer air control.

Ensure you have a fully charged phone for the check-in passcodes, as late arrivals may find access tricky without them.
